Sessions may be “Hands On” while you enjoy resting on a comfy massage table or “Long Distance” where you can rest comfortably in your own space. The powerful benefit and result are the same.
Long Distance sessions may include various combinations of the above depending on what is asked for from the Higher Self perspective. You may schedule to have a phone or Skype session. These sessions will be scheduled and prepaid.
